What's In The Box?

Every Danieli chocolate box is hand-selected by our experienced team in Richmond. We combine our small-batch handmade truffles with classic Belgian chocolates to create a beautifully balanced selection tailored to your preferences.

Every box includes a handwritten postcard with your gift message and a link to our online chocolate menu, so your recipient knows exactly what they're enjoying.

How Your Box is Curated

Tell us your preferences. Use the checkboxes below to guide us on what you love or what to avoid (no nuts, vegan, dark only, etc.).

We hand-select your chocolates. Our experienced team personally chooses from our handmade truffles and Belgian chocolates to create a beautifully balanced selection tailored to your preferences.

If we need clarification, we'll reach out. Should your preferences need a little extra attention to get them just right, we'll email you to ensure we create the perfect box together.

Allergen Information

Please note that due to the possibility of cross contamination, none of our chocolates can be considered entirely allergen free.

Alcohol in Chocolates

Please be aware that many of our chocolates contain trace amounts of alcohol as a preservative. These may be unsuitable for those who require their chocolates to be completely ALCOHOL-FREE.

Our Vegan Chocolate

Please note that whilst we are working really hard on creating a full range of vegan chocolates, most (but not all) of our vegan range is made from dark chocolate.

Care Instructions

To enjoy your chocolates at their best:

Never leave in direct sunlight

Don't keep in the fridge

Do store in a cool dark cupboard

(unless of course you eat them all at once - but we won't judge you if you do)

Materials

We try to limit our use of plastic so you won't find plastic trays, windows, or wrapping, on our presentation boxes and ballotins.

Shipping & Returns

You will receive your chocolates by courier within 2 to 4 business days, at a flat rate of £4.95.

Or you can pick up at our Richmond store.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns as chocolates are perishable food items.

We will of course be happy to help should there be a problem with your goods.
