Danieli Chocolates strive to provide not only stunning chocolates, but also with fantastic customer service. We also want to ensure we bring you our great products and service in the right way, so below are some details of the terms and conditions we follow to ensure we exceed all current and proposed legislation, in addition to trade body guidelines.
Don’t worry, the conditions do not affect your statutory rights according to UK law and they include all of the current guidelines relating to the information that we hold about you.
Sometimes product and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. If it’s absolutely necessary we will always substitute your product for an equal or higher quality item directly, as the majority of our orders are time critical and we may not have time to get in touch with you. Of course if time allows we will attempt to contact you. All of our products have a shelf-life of 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Refunds and Returns
We strive to deliver the delicious chocolates you have bought from us to you in perfect condition and on time. If, however, your chocolates do not arrive within the time frame you paid for or are damaged in any way, we're more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. We must be notified of any issues with your order within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Unfortunately, damage and delay are the only situations where we can offer a refund or replacement. As per guidance from the Office of Fair Trading, we're not able to accept order cancellations, offer refunds or allow the return of our products due to their perishable nature.
We accept payment by PayPal.
All prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, (currently 20%). If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, on request we can supply you with a VAT receipt
We reserve the right to amend delivery charges where necessary for corporate orders placed via the website. The website delivery options are for consumer orders which do not exceed standard delivery costs. Additional costs will apply where a large number of items are ordered or where delivery to multiple addresses is requested.
