Danieli Hot Chocolate at Home
To make your thick Italian hot chocolate:
1. Over a low heat, pour 250ml milk into a saucepan.
2. Sprinkle over 100g* of the hot chocolate powder.
3. Whisk together as it comes to a simmer. It will melt, and then thicken as it begins to boil.
4. Take off the heat and allow to cool a little before drinking.

*classic Italian hot chocolate is made to be so thick that you can eat it with a spoon but it is equally delicious if you prefer it less thick. You can just use less powder to find the perfect balance for you.
